Defective products will be replaced, free of charge. This has never happened to us, but it’s important to say it, because we value your experience and would never want to disappoint you. It is possible that a cup could be damaged during mailing, so if your Moon Cup arrives in anything other than perfect shape, we are happy to replace it.
Otherwise, and for reasons that are probably obvious, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
