How do I place a wholesale order?
Ordering wholesale goes through a different system than the consumer option on our website. Please contact us to place a wholesale order.
What do I do if a customer wants to return an item?
Due to the intimate nature of The Moon Cup, returns are not possible for any reason other than a damaged product being sold. If a customer comes in to return a defective product, and upon inspection it appears to be the case, honor the return as per your store policy. Please notify us immediately so that we can send you a replacement Moon Cup or credit your account.
Under no circumstances should you accept a return on a used Moon Cup. If the customer decides they do not like their menstrual cup, that is their decision and they may do whatever they wish with the unwanted product.
Can I return overstock products?
Yes, with prior approval from The Moon Cup Inc. Should you have over-ordered stock, unopened, new condition, unsold products may be returned. Note that overstock may be subject to a restocking fee, and all shipping charges are the retailer’s responsibility. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our policies, or any Moon Cup products you would like to return.
