Last year during Moins de déchets et Be Green 2015 Je vous ai présenté un défi différent chaque semaine et amené dans certaines grandes femmes Zéro déchets et d'affaires vert pour partager leur sagesse avec vous. La recherche d'un zéro déchet / vie moins de gaspillage peut se sentir seuls dans un monde d'aliments pré-emballés, “fast clothes” that get thrown out after a few washes, and single-use items valued above reusable.

Today I want to do 2 things. #1- Share some community resources with you to connect with other like-minded people. #2- Ask you to comment below with encouragement for other readers.

Even though I regularly share my lifestyle on social media and have a lot of like minded people in my professional world, I don’t have as much support in my personal world. Sometimes it gets lonely and feels isolating to be the only mom sending your kid to school with unpackaged snacks in a reusable container. I’m often tempted to leave the refillable jars at home because I don’t want to deal with staff members who don’t get it. Or I need ideas for a Zero Waste alternative and need someone to talk to. The following is a Round-up of some of the resources I’ve discovered to connect with others who are pursuing this lifestyle:

“The Journey to Zero-Waste” group on Facebook. This group is amazing! Full of people from around the world. Some who are 100% Zero Waste and some who are interested in learning more.
Zerowastehome.com Bea Johnson really pioneered the popularity of the Zero Waste movement. You’ll find a nice forum here and loads of great tips.

Meetup.com Look for meetups in your area!
http://myplasticfreelife.com/ Another great blog to help you reduce plastic waste and chat with others on forums.

If you have a blog or website you’d like me to share, please email me at BlogIt Takes a Villageto Be Green@keeper.com or share it below. I would also love for those of you reading this post to comment and share a word of encouragement to those who might feel lonely about living green.

Ils sont actuellement la réduction des effectifs et la planification de se déplacer dans une maison minuscule dans 2016.
